Usually, signs are there to help. Whether warning us of danger, or simply guiding us to our journey's end, the best signs send a clear and simple message.

But sometimes, they do just the opposite. From questionable translations to unintentional innuendos. Here are a selection of some of the wonderfully weird, misleading and downright hilarious signs spotted by iReporters around the world.
